First of, the Cirth (runes) are used differently in Erebor and Moria, but I got some nice sources to refer to. It's a hard thing fitting readable runes onto 16 x 16 pixel textures, at least if you want to put more than two runes per block. And of course, with the randomization it's hard to put words on the blocks that make sense in every combination.
Actually, we already made such blocks
Credit for the texturing goes again to Despot, the runes were assembled by me; What I made is, that the runes on one isolated block make sense, these are:
- "Khazad-dûm" ("Dwarrowdelf", e.g. first block in the 3rd row from the top)
- "Kibil-nâla" ("Silverlode", block in the top left corner)
- "Kibil thurk" ("Silver staff", block in the top right corner)
- "Burk sigin" ("Long axe", block in the lower left corner)
- "Mazarbul" ("Recordings", 3rd block in the 3rd row)
The words were mainly chosen as they needed only 8 to write (or 9 runes and two of them an "i").
If you'd read the textures as they are on the picture now, they would not make much sense though, if you'd read the text there you would get:
kibilkibilkhazakibilkibil
nâlanâladdûmthurk
kibilkibilburkburkkibil
nâlathurksiginsiginnâla
khazaburkkibilmazaburk
ddûmsiginnâlarbulsigin
burkkhazakhazaburkkibil
siginddûmddûmsiginthurk
How many times bigger will the New Chamber of Light be than the old one, do you think?
As far as I remember from the World Painting session we had with credoo it has a circumference of 600 blocks. As comparison: Minas Tirith has a circumference of 400 blocks.
