not supposed to be a cage but a dayshape, which is something anchored ships can hoist to show that they are anchored during the day. looking at it 5 years later or however long its been, it does look pretty bad though. a block of black wool would probably look better (it's supposed to be a ball).
the chains are unequivocally derped though

So in travelling around Bree and the hobbit holes I noticed all the paintings of cabinets, drawers, etc were missing, also a number of derped single chests facing wrong way. Initially i thought it was limited to the holes but now it seems all of Bree has the same issues. whether thru jobs or bored Artists perhaps this could be fixed?
