Happy Internet Speed Zone

This is the internet speed I get on a somewhat good day, it's usually worse than this.

Edit*
For having a better download, I'm surprised that I keep losing connection on a lot of things, but with the provider I use I'm not really surprised to have issues.

Something I don't understand is why we use megabits and not megabytes for internet, seems somewhat unnecessary. i always have to do a conversion in my head to get an idea of the transfer rate, similar to how i have no clue how long something is when you tell me in feet and inches.

Just moved into my New appartment down in Plymouth and may i say, its Damn fine connection.

This is the best it gets for me :(
Unfortunately I am on a wireless network and at times it gets a bit crowded as we usually have three people browsing, some stuff being downloaded as well as NAS.

So I have a question for all the technically adept people here.
Recently I have been experiencing stutters in my online games, most notably Smite and Diablo III. Every 10 seconds or so it will lag for a second a catch back up. So immediately after playing smite I decided to do a speed test to see if that was the problem.

It isn't the speed at least. Is there anything that could be causing occasional stutters as far as you guys know, and any way to fix it?
