Normally the download is around 12.4mb/s tho... upload is generally always that speed
 
Apparently there is no middle-ground in this. Either your speed is ridiculous or down-right bad.

It sometimes lies. Minnetonka is more like 100 miles away. (Closest server to me sadly.)
