The 'yes they are' was a reply to your question if nonstaff get demoted based on inactivity, and Wroxx is a designer. I guess staff are expected to resign by themselves if they are inactive.

Well in most cases, the individual in question is responsible enough to just post in the staff forums before completely disappearing.. I would know as I have resigned on multiple occasions do to various generic reasons.

Well... since everyone else is telling I guess I could tell too. I play on a Lenovo ThinkPad with extra processing power and a 64 bit windows 7 operation system. Not the best in the world but it'll do.
