I think that you should try out more variation on that lake town theme build in terms of rooves. They look very simple and un-appealing.

Hey Geola12

You seem to be more experienced with the dwarven style than the Gondor style. Be sure to try both, but if you really enjoy one more than the other, feel free to focus on it.

About your castle themed build:
- Add more different blocks to the walls, or even try a gradient of blocks to show wear and tear. (see Artist applicants guide)
- Your island is way too steep to have dirt/grass hills, I'd expect some stone cliffs at that steepness.
- Add some windows, even if they're just arrow slits.
- Your main tower seems very tall and unsported, because of how tall it is.
- Give your interiors some extra attention. (look around places like Dol Caranthan and Anorien as a whole for nice interior inspiration)
- For example add some pillars to support the ceiling in larger rooms.
- In smaller rooms you can have beams with a wooden ceiling.
- Usually floors above the ground have wooden floors (again see Artist applicants guide)

Good luck!
