Howdy and hello there!
On New Years Day, 2025, the Video Team will be premiering this year's Year in Review video, both a community version and a main channel version as always. Additionally, the community version will include something missing from last year's Year in Review video: the screenshots and such submitted by community members!
If you were here for the 2022 Year in Review video, you're practically ready to ace the exam at the end of this thread, but for those of you who are still newbies, let's cover how this works. First, take a screenshot, video clip, or meme that you made this year. It does have to have something to do with MCME (I know, I'm such a tyrant), and this would, ideally, be a fond or funny memory from this year. Then, submit it here in this thread with a caption and date from when it was made/taken. A typical submission would be a shot of you hanging out with your friends atop the Googlie Blimp, or perhaps a shot of an AFK cage you built around Toti. In case you couldn't get enough rules, here are some more:
"The Copper Salesmen" (10/22/24)
Large files can be sent to me via Discord. No deadline, just send em before the video drops!
Submissions here that adhere to the rules should be placed in the community version of the video! Current plan is for memes and screenshots to be in the credits section and for any videos to be in the 'Memories' segment. Be advised that I may decide against using a submission at my own discretion. (Once again, absolute tyrant.)
Thank you all for your help in advance! I'm going to try my best to help deliver a Year in Review by the community and for the community. Finally, big thank you to Mapthor, without whom I'd have no groundwork to build off of when organizing this thing. He did an absurdly good job with the Year in Reviews of years past.
Questions, concerns, and all such matters can be sent to me via Discord or the forums @GingerlyGinger1. My high horse, Janet, will vet them before I respond.
Warm regards,
Gingerly

In case you couldn't get enough rules, here are some more:
- You should include a caption with your memory, as well as a date in the Month/Day/Year format for when it was taken.
- (If you can't use that format for fear of being struck by lightning, please type out the name of the month in your date, i.e. the 5th of August, 2024. This note was made specifically for @D3rr3x.)
- Do try to keep it at least somewhat appropriate.
- Please only submit up to five memories.
