What makes a great Guide according to you? A great guide is a player who's always there willing to help, without complications. No matter how incompetent the player that needs help is, the guide should make the player understand, always being friendly at the task of it.
A great guide should always try to be able to answer what people asks about, either it's how to download the resource packs or if it is an interesting lore question. I don't mean it to practice into a lore encyclopedia, but to always be willing to expand it's knowledge whenever there comes a question the guide can't answer.
A great guide should also make every player feel very welcome to the server, not only new players, even shy players who connects everyday usually without saying anything. Because it will make those players feel welcome and more appreciated.
A great guide should also always know where the boundary goes. It should be free to joke about things, mess with others (in a good way) and to create a good mood where it is, however it should mainly remain serious and friendly to make a good image of MCME and to make everyone feel welcome. In other words, knowing where the boundary goes.
