What makes a great Guide according to you? To me, being a guide isn't just about being able to give tours to a group of people, it's about being dependable and available to players during the day to answer their questions, help them with any issues they may have, and show them around parts of the server they may not know how to navigate very well (like Paths of the Dead, which I know pretty much by heart). It is also about welcoming new players and being friendly to them, which makes them want to become a part of this community. Finally, I believe knowledge of the lore is important to being a guide, especially since many players may have questions about different aspects of Tolkien's works which they may not know very well.
