Do I speak on Voice communications?: yes
What makes a good guide?: I think a good Guide should be able to spare time for others, as well as have a fair to good understanding of the server. They should also be able to take negative feedback without directly engaging back. Finally, they should be able to take a joke and not be uptight, because its a social job, you WILL be annoyed by others, you have to be able to accept that.
