What do you think you can do to make a good Tour?
Having spent 4 years entertaining (read as "teaching") teenagers, I have the ability to make tours accessible for everyone, as well as giving opportunities for people to learn more about the server in a fun, interactive way. My lore knowledge is good for a fair amount of the server locations, and I'm well practised in answering multitudes of questions, or signposting people to where they can find answers. My specialist geography knowledge would also come in useful to give context to a lot of the key locations. I've taken part in tours run by various people so have a pretty good idea of how they should run, the duration and types of activities that are going to work best.
Why do you want this badge?
I have run unofficial tours through places like Moria in the past, as well as being asked to put together a particular kind of tour by Archimedes based on cool geographical locations, which I have planned. I want to help engage newer people in the community as well as give them the chance to look round some of the lesser known locations. I got more involved in the game through doing tours so would like to ensure others also get this opportunity.
