What's the lenght of the time we mean with "soon"?

Welp, durin the time that I spend on MCME, I found out that we have a very strange way in which we use "soon". Can somebody help me put a proper lenght of time on "soon"?
 
Soon is a concept of a shorter timeframe relative to a total timeframe and can thus not be exact without knowing the parametres of the context that soon is used in.
 
I wonder how long it would take you, to code a custom inventory as the one we have. After that try to perfect it over and over again.

Lets say "soon" means like 10% of that bigger timeframe.

Still gives Fin and Eriol plenty of time to finish the new pack "soon", right?
