Small periodic build update

Normally I wouldn't make a changelog for each update, but some of plugins which updated are too nice not to announce!

• The plugin will now announce when a job is starting or ended in the discord job-general channel

MCME-Architect

• Added /armor lock to protect armor stands from any edits.
• Item block armor stands are now placed in locked state.
• Added /armor default to reset move/rotation step size to 10% / 10°
• Removed /armor place command
• Added /armor paste command for WE like pasting of armor stand.
