[Official] MCME Derp Report Thread

So, my derp repport is, I’m stuck into Moria. None of the ways out works, /mvtp world and /tpa <player in main world> don’t either. Everything brings me at the main entrance of Moria. It seems I’m the only one with this bug.

Maybe the warp commands are broken.
 
Not sure if this is already addressed, but I came across some logs in Fangorn that should be switched the 6-sided bark logs.

Might be more, but these are the ones I spotted.
 
Variant Footprints from Coordinates -68 38 -4085 to -316 66 4390 occasionally point in the wrong direction (around 20 of them) (this is one thirds of the way between Weathertop and Trollshaw, so this is a bit after the path doubling back down the mountain). Screenshots were taken at the points in between where they are the wrong way (-284 74 -4351, -266 74 -4315, -233 76 -4269, and -183 42 -4138). I can retake them if the coordinates need to be in the screenshots themselves.

Archet - some oak double-slabs were automatically replaced with shulkers instead of oak blocks on the ends of roofs.

Now that I consider it, some other walls in Bree and the surrounding villages suffered the same mistake. However there was nothing as egregious as these roofs so I did not keep track of where they were.
 
Howdy howdy just found a couple of shadows South of Ridgewood at 5986, 64, 3989. Could just be me but I figured I'd just chuck it in here.

 
Today I have found this cursed tree, two different types of leaves mix together.
