I have the limited WE badge since may too, and I know how to use it well.

No, and if I do I can just google it.
Why do you need this badge?
I am currently working in Dol Calen/Anorien a lot and I need the badge to make farms fast and effective, and for changing biomes (because for some reason there are a lot of random biomes in that area).
What does 'mature and responsible use of the badge' mean to you?
It means that I won't misuse my powers with this badge.
