What makes a great Guide?

A great Guide is welcoming. Keeping a positive attitude when chatting with new players and always willing to help them navigate the server.
A great Guide is reliable. Knowing the functions, features, and lore of the server and fulfilling their monthly obligations consistently.
A great Guide is a friend. Having the ability and the desire to engage with others and building bonds that last.
