Are you regularly logged on Teamspeak? No, but I shall become more active
Do you talk on Teamspeak? Yes. One should not be afraid to speak up and have their voice be heard in the community.
What makes a great Guide according to you?

Guides should have good knowledge of Tolkien's lore, something I am proficient in, save the 2nd Age.
They must be willing to interact with the community and help out the droogs, er, I mean the Adventurers when they ask for help, or lore questions.
A guide must know what is currently going on with the server, what projects, what is being planned.
Knowledge of the server's past is also important, however, since a lot has changed over the past year, this isn't as important as it once was.
Lastly, the ability to give interesting and engaging tours. This can be done with the effective use of voice, kindness and friendliness, and strong knowledge about the area.

Considering my commitments, time for MCME may be pressed, but if I am Guide'd, I will make an effort to use this time effectively.

Thank you for your application

During your application you may be contacted to demonstrate a Trial Server tour where you will be provided with a location (Prior notice will be given to you to prepare for the tour through a PM). The tour will be appraised based on your ability to conduct yourself with a group of people, how you articulate the information of the location, your communication skills as well as organisation. Note: You must be using a Microphone to conduct the tour

Please note that not everyone will be asked to conduct a trial tour but an application may still be considered.

Each applicant will be evaluated on their merits and their overall character as individual within the Community.

If you have any queries or concerns regarding your application, please do not hesitate to personal message me. Good luck with your application.

Regards,
Iru (Vala of Lore & Order and Guides)
