High Elf fighting Morgoth arrested in Oregon

An Oregon man has been arrested for attacking a woman’s car while dressed as an elf.

The man in question was one Konrad Bass, a resident of the town of Glendale. The incident involving Bass occurred on May 16th at around 7 a.m. According to reports, Bass, wearing a helmet and chain mail and wielding a shield, a staff and a sword, walked into traffic and began striking a red BMW belonging to an unidentified woman from Portland.

The woman, understandably startled by the armed and armored gentleman assaulting her car, called police who quickly responded and apprehended Bass. Bass then reportedly told the arresting officers that he was a “high-elf engaged in battle with the evil Morgoth.” He was cited for criminal mischief before being transported to a nearby hospital where he was confirmed to be under the influence of LSD.

I just want to know what Morgoth was doing in Oregon...
