INTRODUCTION
We are happy to announce that Harlond has been progressing well over the last few weeks and I am pleased to finally develop the forum post for it. The focus of this project is the redesign of the port town and the slight readjustment of the Rammas Echor.
At this current time, the zoning and planning for the remainder of the town need to be completed as well as the placement of the Rammas and the surrounding wall. After these are completed, whoever would like to join and help can ask for plots. Jobs will also be run for certain areas.

BACKGROUND LORE
Harlond was the port and docks of the city of Minas Tirith, used by river traffic from the southern regions of Gondor. It lay 3-4 miles to the south of the city, where its fortifications ran alongside the great outlying wall of the Rammas Echor.
On 15 March T.A. 3019, Aragorn and his followers in the fleet from the south landed at Harlond and swept north into the Battle of the Pelennor Fields. Harlond (Gondor) - Tolkien Gateway
