I made this a few hours ago at work!
It's a roasted pork loin that I stuffed with prosciutto, spinach, garlic and parmesan cheese. The outside is rubbed with a "secret" blend of spices.
This was all that was left before I could snap a photo, the guys were devouring it. But hey! Thats a compliment to the chef right.
