Build now running Minecraft 1.11

Build server is now running the latest 1.11 version.
The resourcepacks have been updated to be compatible with 1.11 clients as well.

Short list of interesting changes:

- New particles for lama spit and undying totem.
- Block and itemids no longer case sensitive.
- Chat can now be 256 characters long instead of 100
- /title can now display stuff in the actionbar too.
