Background Lore:
Annúminas means "Tower on the West".
The city was once the capital city of the Kingdom of Arnor. It was located in the land of Evendim ("evening twilight") along the southern shores of Lake Evendim, the origin of the Brandywine River. The city was home to the Kings of Arnor and was founded by High King Elendil himself (3320 S.A., 122 years before begining of T.A.). It was the first capital of the chief Palantír of the North.
Annúminas was once prosperous but was abandoned in the years after the war of the Last Alliance. The city was too large to justify being occupied by the reduced population of those left in Arnor. By the end of the Third Age Annúminas had lain in ruins for more than 2,000 years.
After the War of the Ring, early in the Fourth Age, Elessar (Aragorn) refounded the city and made it his northern capital. The king would often spend his time at Annúminas and meet his friends there.

It is actually part of Annuminas' unique architectural design. (Most Gondor/Arnor cities have one) They aren't exactly meant to serve a purpose, except maybe for intimidating attacking armies. The only thing that really needs to be get rid off is all those spikes. What's even the point of them? Sure a few of them is oke, but spamming them like that makes Annúminas look like some vampire city or something.
Well, you will have to ask @Fireinferno13 about why the spikes were chosen, but I honestly don't mind them too much.It doesn't look very good tho, what happened to the amazing designs by Wheellee and Jacenpeter anyways?

First. Excuse you. Happy to take constructive criticism but these comments serve literally no purpose - not only is it a too little too late but also a little rude to the people who have been involved in this project as you yourself have not contributed at all to the style or construction yourself. Rather than making a petty power play, I suggest keeping such comments to yourself as they arent welcome here.It doesn't look very good tho

Second. The somewhat excessive use of spikes was acknowledged by Jace and myself recently. Here was our take on it:what happened to the amazing designs by Wheellee and Jacenpeter anyways?
