Themed Build participated in: Tirion (Valinor)
Link to screenshots of your Themed Build:
The freebuild world is down at the moment and I don't know how to access it. Please refer to my external Barad Dur build:
Barad Dur, the dark tower of Sauron.Lord of the Rings. Minecraft Project
What is your prefered building style? Castles, fortifications, Gothic architecture, "medieval" style.

The Freebuild server has been removed, the Themd Builds world has been moved to the main server and there can be accessed with /mvtp Themed-Builds. Use /theme toplot then to get to your Themed Build

Thank you for your application! It has now been checked and here follow some tips on what you can improve on to increase your chances on a promotion to Artist.

I check your Tirion TB. The most important point (beside that you should finish it; which is still possible as the TB plugin is broken currently... ) is that you should focus on a set of few materials to build the majority of your build with (e.g. white bricks and light gray bricks). Check out some builds on the main server and check how many different materials were used to build most of it (interior and other details, also mossy and cracked variants and roof dont count) e.g. Dol Amroth has used Sandstone + Oak wood, Ethring Sandstone + Light gray bricks, with almost all of them you wont get to more than 2 or 3 materials. In your build you used a lot more which does not give you a matching and appealing combination of colors.

For further feedback please ask an Artist or Designer ingame or submit some more builds to your app.

Also please note that the criterions and the way artist apps are handled in the future are about to change. Further information will be published soon on the forums.

Yes I see what you mean. My reasoning was that fortifications would be a different material from the houses however after seeing Dol Amroth I see that its much better aesthetically to keep to a few blocks.

I will finish my themed build then link it here =)
