This is a tutorial showing you on how to install a Resource Pack. It has both a video, and written explanation.



How to install a Resourcepack

First, you need to visit our Official Resourcepacks | Minecraft Middle Earth page that shows all currently released official resourcepacks.

Chose the one you wish to install by clicking its "Download now" button.
When the file is downloaded, open your Minecraft client and go to Options, then click on Resource Packs...

You will see a button there called "Open Resource Pack folder" which will quickly open the folder you need.

Just drop your downloaded Resourcepack in the folder that just opened.
Once done, you will need to refresh the Resource Pack screen by clicking on done. This brings you back to Options. Now click on Resource Packs... again, and if all went well, you should see the Resource Pack!
