Here is the step by step guide and templates if you want to have or make a Build Event (Contest of Build Day) You must follow all rules and guide in order for it to be approved by the Head Designer.

The Great Square of the Central Dwelling is the main market and masterpiece of the Central Dwelling. In it was a great centerpiece which was so magnificent to all who laid eyes on it.


RULES:
-Follow the guidelines and what is required
in the build
-Do not grief others plots
-Teams (if you do choose) require at least one commoner+ member
-Must register your plot by contacting JUDGE NAME
-Stick to the style of pillars and given material


GUIDELINES:
To enter the finales you must at least have these things in your plot:




    • Market
    • Centerpiece
    • Carts
    • Roads
    • Small buildings
    • Statues
This contest starts on DATE, and ends on DATE. Gather your friends! Sign up in this thread and once I give you a plot you can go ahead and build!

To reach the plots, simply type /warp WARP NAME.
Once assigned a plot, you can claim it with /plot claim, and invite your team
with /plot invite <player>. For more info on the plots, type /plot help.

BUILD DAY:

EVENT Build Day YEAR

24th February Official Start: 9:00 AM GMT

Supervisor: BWOT | Co-Supervisors and Job runners: Merlinc and Quantacube
Hello ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls to the great build day of New Town in Dol Amroth! This will be the final push for public production to complete the grand city of Dol Amroth.

Time and Date: The event will be hosted at TIME AM/PM GMT on DAY NAME, until TIME AM/PM GMT on DAY NAME. The date is the DAY of MONTH, the DAY NAME of THIS/NEXT/IN A FEW WEEK(S) of which I am posting this.

Concept and House guide: As New Town is a different section and outside the walls of the main city of Dol Amroth, it will have a slightly different style. /warp WARP NAME to see the concept and the house building guide. The foreman/co-supervisors will help you in building the houses.

Rules: As we are opening this to the public there are some rules you must follow or you will not be allowed to participate. The first rule is that you must listen to all Staff members and Co-Supervisors of the project. Saying that you should listen to all people artist+ as they are trusted members of the community and most likely know what to do and the way to do it. You need to read and follow all instructions and visit the build guide before building.

3. Submit a draft of one of the templates in this thread.

4. If approved by the Head Designer, it will be posted on Announcements Channel in Discord and Community Announcements in Forums. The Head Designer will write also approved as a response to the draft.

5. Add the appropriate banner to the location, /warp Event Banners


6. Have a successful Build Event.
