I'm going to cheat off of this form a bit and say "Explanation", because I think that I have managed to describe what we are going for in Linhir, and how we make it happen practically. I can't take credit for the skills of the people I have managed, but I have seen a definite improvement while I've been working with them. I have also been able to keep track of the overall progress of Linhir with swe without loosing quality, and preparing new areas for plots. Also I think I'm a fair builder.
Why are you applying for this rank?
I kind of slipped into the role as managing plots was a good way to help without having to personally spend loads of time building. I ended up building a lot myself too along with everyone which has been very enjoyable. Have also enjoyed helping the builders improve. We've been getting a lot done and felt like going foreman made sense for the role I fill on the server right now.
